DEED GRANTING AVIGATION EASEMENT
Deed made this day of 19_, by

(hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") to (aimortowner) ,(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee")

In consideration of good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, Grantor, for itself, its heirs, administrator, executors, successors, and
assigns, does hereby grant and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual
easement and right of way for the unobstructed passage of all aircraft of any and all kinds now or
hereafter known and in any numbers, in the airspace above the property located in the
(c#yifaoo6cable) , County of Butte, State of California, described in Exhibit A and shown in Exhibit
B, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein (hereinafter called "the Property") from
a height of feet above. sea level to an infinite height above the Property in a manner
consistent with the safe operating procedures as provided under applicable governmental
regulations.
Concomitant and coextensive with said easement and right of way, Grantee shall have the
continuing right
1.) To remove all or any portion of any structure, natural growth or other object on the property which
extends into the airspace over the property to a height of more than feet above mean sea
level; and
2.) To cause in all airspace above the surface of the property such noise, vibrations, fumes, dust,
fuel particles, and all other effects that may be caused by the operation of aircraft landing at or taking
off from or operating at or on the (name of aimort) Airport; and Grantor does hereby fully waive,
remise, and release any right or cause of action which it may now have or which it may have in the
future against Grantee,
its successors and assigns, due to such noise, vibrations, fumes, dust, fuel particles, and all other
effects that may be caused or may have been caused by the operation of aircraft landing at, or taking
off from, or operating at or on the _(name ofaimort) Airport.
Grantor, for itself, its heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, does hereby
agree not:
1.) To cause or permit any structure, natural growth or other object on the property which extends
into the airspace over the property more than feet above mean sea level; and

2.) To use or permit the use of the property in such a manner as to create electrical interference with
aircraft navigational equipment. and radio communications between aircraft and the (name of aimort)
Airport; and
3.) To make it difficult for flyers to distinguish between airport lights and other lights, to impair
visibility in the vicinity of the (name ofaimortl Airport; or
4.) To otherwise endanger aircraft landing at or taking off from the , (name of aimort) Airport.
This easement and right of way shall be appurtenant to the 'Mame of aimort) Airport and shall
be for the benefit of Grantee and members of the general public operating aircraft which land at or
takeoff from the (name of aimort) Airport.

DEED GRANTING AViGATION EASEMENT
Deed made this 7th day of August, 1996, by Guadalupe Bravo, (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor'), aS/ ,� to Butte -County Airport Commission, (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee").
in consideration of good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, Grantor, for itself, its heirs, administrator, executors, successors, and
assigns, does hereby grant and convey to Grantee, its suc
easement and right of way for the cessors and assigns, a perpetual
unobstructed passage of all aircraft of any and all kinds now or
hereafter known and in any numbers, in the airspace above the property located in the Town of
Paradise, County of Butte, State of California, described in Exhibit A and shown in Exhibit B,
attached hereto and by the reference incorporated herein (herein called "the Property") from a
height of 160 above ground level to an infinite height above the Property in a manner consistent
with the safe operating procedures as provided under applicable governmental regulations..
Concomitant and coextensive with said easement and right of way, Grantee shall have
the continuing right:
1.) To remove all or any portion of any structure, natural growth or other object on the property
which extends into the airspace over the property to a height of more than 160 above ground
level; and (AT&T tower approved by the Town of Paradise is exempted)
2.) To cause in all airspace above the surface of the property such noise, vibrations, fumes, dust,
fuel particles, and all other effects that may be caused by the operation of aircraft landing at or
taking off from or operating or on the Butte County Airport; and Grantor does hereby fully waive,
remise, and release any right or cause of action which it may now have or which it may have in
the future against Grantee,
its successors and assigns, due to such noise, vibrations, fumes, dust fuel particles, and all other
effects that may be caused or may have been caused by the operation of aircraft landing at, or
taking off from, or operating at or on the Butte County Airport.
Grantor, for itself, its heirs, adminstrators, executors, successors, and assigns, does
hereby agree not:
1.) To cause or permit any structure natural growth or other object on the property which extends
into the airspace over the property more than 160 feet above ground level; and
2.) To use or permit the use of the property in such a manner as to create electrical interference
with aircraft navigational equipment and radio communications between aircraft and the Butte
County Airport; and
3.) To make it difficult for flyers to distinguish between airport lights and other lights, to impair
visibility in the vicinity of the Butte County Airport; or

4.) To otherwise endanger aircraft landing at or taking off from the Butte County Airport.
This easement and right of way shall be appurtenant to the Butte County Airport and shall
be for the benefit of Grantee and members of the general public operating aircraft which land at or
take off from the Butte County Airport.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, of the parties hereto, by their officers thereunto duly
