All Electrical Materialsand workmanship shall be in full accordance with the 2011 edition of the N.E.C. as adopted by-QA�ounty and other applicable state and local regulations. 2. Electrical contractor shall verify power and telephone services at job site prior to bidding. Electrical contractor shall comply with utility company requirements. 3. Electrical contractor shall consult with mechanical and general contractors for electrical demands and requirements of equipment and their exact locations prior to installation. 4. Electrical plans are intended to show, in a general way, the approximate location and loads of fixtures and electrical equipment. Exact locations shall be determined and/or verified by electrical contractor at the job site. The final connected loads shall be the responsibility of the electrical contractor, making use of the most economical conduit runs and group circuits to minimize neutral conductors and voltage drop. NOTE 1. General contractor shall coordinate with equipment supplier size, location and all required services to equipment. Equipment to be supplied (NOT SHOWN ON PLANS) shall be coordinated with general contractor. FIRE EXTINGUISHER NOTE 1. A 2A:10BC fire extinguisher is required to be located in plain sight not more than 50 feet from any point in the structure. The location of the fire extinguishers must be easily accessible, be free from blocking by storage and equipment or both, be within 75 feet of entrance of exit doors, and be rapidly visible. All extinguishers shall be mounted to walls or columns with securely fastened hangers so that the weight of the extinguisher is adequately supported. Extinguishers shall be mounted so to a height no greater than 5 feet from top of extinguisher to floor level. In general use areas, one extinguisher shall be supplied for every 3000 square feet of floor area. A 2A:40BC fire extinguisher shall be supplied in any main electrical room. PLUMBING NOTES 1. All equipment and/or fixtures including iodine unit which are subject to back flow shall be provided with an approved back flow prevention device. 2. Waste water from vacuum unit, condenser units, plate cooler, ETC. shall be prepped (RETURN LINE) to flush tank. An air gap or vacuum breaker shall be provided. 3.
