Scope of Work:
The project consists of a new 1616sf single story residence with
an additional 328sf
of covered patio area. Total lot coverage shall be 1944.
The building shall be slab on grade, truss roof, and conventional
wood frame walls complyi8ng with conventional bracing methods
(prescribed engineering) per 2013 CRC 602.1.
The property is 5.25 acres with ARMH5 zone.
A private septic system is required.
The 2013 CRC, GEC, CMC, CPC, and Calif Energy Code are
applicable to this project.
The 2013 CGBSC is applicable to this repair. See sheet 3
for compliance form and worksheets.
