I. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS, ELEVATIONS, AND 51TE CONDITIONS

3. THE CONTRACTOR AGREES THAT HE/SHE SHALL NOT DEVIATE FROM THESE DRAWIN65

4. ALL OMISSIONS AND/OR CONFLICTS BETWEEN VARIOUS ELEMENTS OF THE WORKING

5. IF CERTAIN FEATURES OF CONSTRUCTION ARE NOT FULLY 5HOWN ON THE DRAY41N65 OR

INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE 2012 EDITION AS ADOPTED AND MODIFIED BY THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA IN REFERENCE TO THE 2013 CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE (GBG).
-7. IN AREAS OF EXCAVATION THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DETERMINE THE LOCATION OF ALL
EXISTING UNDER6ROUND UTILITIES BEFORE STARING EXCAVATION.

SPECIAL INSPECTION
I. SPECIAL INSPECTION 15 REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF WORK IN CONFORMANCE
WITH SECTION Mal OF THE 2013 EDITION OF THE "CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE"' (GBG):
INSTALLATION OF BOLTS IN CONCRETE
2. THE FOLLOWING REOUIREMENT SHALL BE MET FOR SPECIAL INSPECTION:
A. THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR SHALL BE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A RE615TEREP
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.
B. THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR SHALL OBSERVE THE WORK ASSIGNED FOR CONFORMANCE
WITH THE APPROVED DESIGN DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
G. THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR SHALL FURNISH INSPECTION REPORTS TO THE BUILD'IN6
OFFICIAL, THE ENGINEER, THE ARCHITECT, AND OTHER DE516NATED PERSONS. ALL
DISCREPANCIES SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF THE CONTRACTOR
FOR CORRECTION; THEN, IF UNCORRECTED, TO THE PROPER DESIGN AUTHORITY AND THE
BUILDING OFFICIAL.
D. THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR SHALL SUBMIT A FINAL REPORT 516NE12 BY THE REGISTERED
PROFESSIONAL STATING WHETHER THE WORK REQUIRING SPECIAL INSPECTION WA5 IN
CONFORMANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS AND SPECIFICATION5 AND THE APPLICABLE
WORKMANSHIP PROVISIONS OF THE G.B.G.
S. SPECIAL INSPECTION APPLICATIONS MUST BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
DIVISION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT. ALL INSPECTION REPORTS SHALL NOTE ANY
DISCREPANCIES AND BE FILED WITH THE BUILDING DIVISI ION WEEKLY DURING CONSTRUCTION,
WHETHER CORRECTED OR NOT. INSPECTOR SHALL MAINTAIN INSPECTION LOG5 AT THE JOB
SITE FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR H15 REPRESENTATIVE.
