Scope of Work: The Project consists of infill and finish to an existing under floor area for conversion of use from Type U Storage to 747 square feet of Type R3 Living. The existing home is a conventional wood framed structure built 2003 in compliance with the methods of construction for that era. (2001 CBC) The existing under floor project area is an approved 865 sf area that is an unfinished Type U occupancy. This area was permitted for future use as a Type R3. For this conversion the existing plumbing was roughed in and approved. It shall be finished as part of this work. The existing HVAC is serving this area and supply ducts are existing but caped off. It shall be finished to serve this additional area. No testing or verifiocation is required. (Title 24). 0 All structural framing and foundation is existing and compliant w/ 2013 R102.7. -r There is no alteration to existing structure, method of bracing, nor additional imposed loads as part of this work. r r All new work shalt comply with 2013 CRC.
