Before tightening the .bolts'we verfied:tiat'the materials used in this assembly were in conformance withthe requirements
of section 2 (Bolts, Nuts, Washers and Pamti):and section 3 (Bolted Parts) ofthe RCSC Specifications' The bolts used in this
structure were°A325 grade high strength bolts with`hardene6 steel washers beneath hardened steel'nuts '
{ X }Delayed' Verification lnspection . bVe were.not present during3he installation of the high strength bolts or.the
'tensioning of joints. The Delayed Wrifitztion' Inspection procedure was performed per Section 9.2 of the RCSC
