Erosion Control Notes: 1. No soil disturbance shall occur prior to obtaining a building or grading permit. 2. Person responsible for erosion control is: Ben Eckstrom, 530-636-4574 3. Erosion control measures shall be in place between October 15`h and April 15"', or when rain is forecasted. 4. Soil tracked off site into streets shall be cleaned up at the end of each work day. S. Inactive soil stockpiles shall be covered. Active stockpiles shall be covered prior to a forecasted rain event. 6. The erosion control plan shall be re-evaluated and adjusted accordingly as the site changes and after rain events. 7. Erosion control measures shall be maintained. The following note will be placed on the Erosion control Plan where concrete washout is located: "Washing of concrete equipment and tool at any other location than a designated concrete washout is a violation of law and subject to fine."
