CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to permit issuance, CALGreen checklist to be provided with plan set.
2. The following sheets have been collated into the two Cycle 1 sets received by TRB
& Associates. Extra sheets 3 and 10 is being returned with approved p/anset for
city use.
a. Sheet 1 and Sheet 8 (received 10/18/16)
b. Sheet 3 and Sheet 10 (received 10/25/16)
The following redlines have been applied to plans (see authorization email from
Cash Colby, dated 10/24/16):
3. Sheet 8: Add a smoke alarm in the office and a smoke/carbon monoxide alarm
immediately outside of the office.
Add a carbon monoxide alarm immediately outside of Bedroom 3.

Hi Nick.
I approve the red lines. I have found that the sheet 3 containing the reference to E-5 is not correct. The confusion is that it
was corrected to be M-6 on everything I have. I apologize for that confusion.
I am sending you a new wet stamped sheet 3 for clarification. Please replace sheet 3 with this revised sheet.
Also sending a corrected wet stamped sheet 10.
These are being mailed from RGA today to your office. They shall be in triplicate.

Note prior to approval Sheet 10 shall be provided with the stamp and signature of a California
licensed architect or engineer. CRC Section R301.1.3.1 & Business and Professions Code Section
5537 & 6737.1
