NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER FOR PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR EROSION CONTROL. 3. ER05ION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE IN A PLACE BETWEEN OCTOBER 15TH AND APRIL 15TH, OR WHEN RAIN IS IN FORECAST. 4.
