I. NO SOIL DISTURBANCE SHALL OCCUR PRIOR TO OBTAINING A
BUILDING PERMIT OR GRADING PERMIT.
2. NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER FOR PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR
EROSION CONTROL.
3. ER05ION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE IN A PLACE BETWEEN
OCTOBER 15TH AND APRIL 15TH, OR WHEN RAIN IS IN FORECAST.
4. SOILS TRACKED OFF 51TE INTO STREETS SHALL BE CLEANED UP
AT THE END OF EACH WORK DAY.
5. INACTIVE SOIL STOCKPILES SHALL BE COVERED fl TO A
FORECASTED RAIN EVENT.

BEST MANAOEMENT PRACTICES
THE BMP'S (BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES) L15TED BELOW MUST BE IN
PLACE DURING THE RAINY SEASON (OCTOBER 15 THROUGH Al 15) AND
MAY BE REQUIRED AT OTHER TIMES BASED ON WEATHER AN12 SITE
CONDinONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THE BMF'S LISTED ARE I^11NIMUM
REQUIREMENTS AND ADDITIONAL BMP'S COULD BE REQUIRED BASED ON
SITE CONDITIONS.
I. STABILIZED ENTRY: PROVIDE MINIMUM 5" TO 6" FRACTURED l 50' LONS
x 15' WIDE BY 6" DEEP OVER CONSTRUCTION GRADE FABRIC.
2. ALL SOILS TRACKED ONTO PAVED ROADWAYS MUST BE GLEANED ON A
DAILY BASIS. WHEN STREETS ARE WET OR DURING A RAIN EVENT THERE
SHALL BE NO TRACKING OF SOILS ONTO THE STREET.
5. WATTLES SHALL BE INSTALLED PROPERLY, BEHIND CURB OR 51DEWALK5.
4. ROCK BAGS (MINIMUM 2 PER SIDE) AT ALL DRAIN INLET LOCATIONS WITHIN
150'01F THE PROJECT SITE.
5. INTERNAL FILTERS SHALL BE PLACED INSIDE EACH DRAIN INLET.
6. TRASH BARS SHALL BE PLACED ACROSS THE BACK OF ALL DRAIN INLETS.
7. STABILIZE ALL DISTURBED SOILS IN THE FRONT YARD AREAS WITHIN 15' OF
THE BACK CURB OR SIDEWALK. (STRAW OR EROSION BLANKETS MAY BE
USED FOR THI5 APPLICATION)
8. STABILIZE ALL SLOPES WHERE EROSION COULD OCCUR AND CAUSE SILT RUN
OFF. (STRAW, VISQUEEN OR EROSION BLANKETS MAY BE USEV FOR THI5
APPLICATION)
4. ALL PAINT, FUEL, CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS ETC. SHALL BE STORED IN A
COVERED LOCATION AWAY FROM SIDEWALKS AND STORM DPAIN INLETS.
10. PORTABLE CHEMICAL TOILETS IF PROVIDED ON THE SITE MUST BE KEPT
OFF OF STREETS AND SIDEWALKS AND A LEAST 50' FROM THE NEAREST
STORM DRAIN.
