SCOPE OF WORK STATEMENT: The scope of this project is to supervise the wet and dry pipe fire sprinkler system within warehouse #3 which is undergoing t.i. work. four new horns shall be added within warehouse #3. A new heat detector shall be installed at the nac power supply location. All other existing wiring, devices and appliances shall remain as installed and shall not be modified. REVISION 1 STATEMENT: The intent of this revision is to show the addition of a horn within a new cold storage room. Plans were also changed/updated to address plan check comments.
