To whom it may concern:
By this notice Pool Engineering, Inc. and the undersigned engineer -of -record
shall hereby grant Euphoric Pools a limited non-exclusive and non -transferable
allowance to utilize Pool Engineering, Inc. Standard Pool structural Plan for the
permitting and construction of the swimming pool project at the Adrian
Residence at 4171 Denver Ln, Chico, CA.
Modification or reuse of the construction drawings without the express written
permission of the Engineer is prohibited.
