Ladder Access
• Ladder must be inspected before use and must be non-conductive (fiberglass).
• ladder must be secured at a 4 to 1 angle (75 degrees).

Fall Protection

Site specific fall plan is required prior to starting work.

Training
• All employees onsite shall be made aware of the JHA and their signature indicates
awareness of site conditions and the plan development to eliminate the hazards
identified onsibe.
• A Competent Person is required onsibe when Fall Protection is in use.
• A Qualified Electrical person is required onsite when any electrical work is performed.
• Al employees onsite are required to have completed field safety training prior to
performing work, as well as any relevant technical training for the work that will be
done.
Airborne Contaminants:
• Asbestos -containing (Transite) piping (ACIP) - do not disturb (move, drill, at,
fracture, etc).
• Asbestos -containing exterior building siding (ACS) - only Asbestos Class III
trained personnel can drill or curt into ACS material, and only for purposes of
mounting BOS equipment; a completed Asbestos Work Permit is required onsite at all
times when working with ACS.
• Asbestos -containing (Vermiculite) insulation (ACI) - do not disturb; no attic or
c awlspace access is allowed.
• Asbestos -containing duct wrapping (ACWIt) - do not disturb; if the material is
brittle or crumbling (Could become airborne), work is not allowable within an attic,
c awlspace, or other similar area.

Heat Related Illness Prevention
• Employees shall have access to potable drinking water that is fresh,
pure, and suitably cool. The water shall be located as dose as
practicable to the areas where employees are working. Water shall be Irradiance read
supplied in sufficient quantity at the beginning of the work shift to same time as t
