Scope
Scope of work: 338 office and master bedroom addition.
Remodel of old master bedroom into new master bathroom.
Move window location in Master bathroom. Change out old
DWV for new lines throughout entire house. Change out
plumbing stub outs with new copper pipe: Install new Washing
machine supply/drain box. Rewire electrical in entire house.
Change opening size in doorway between living room and dining
room and dining room to kitchen on non bearing walls. Change
doorway to laundry room to pocket door. Install new water
heater. Change orig roof design of addition from hip to gable end.
