(530) 592-4407 www.summitchico.com RE: Existing Olympia Steel Building (Approximately 45'x 50') . 2880 Chico River Road, Chico, CA To Whom It May Concern: On October 20th, 2017, 1 observed (1) existing Olympia Steel Building (shown on attached Google Earth image) at the address above. The building was constructed in approximately 2006 and appeared to be in good condition at the time of my visit, without signs of deterioration, leaning, or deflection. It is my opinion that the building is both structurally sound and that the primary gravity framing system of the existing metal building is capable of supporting flush mounted roof solar panels. This letter represents my professional opinion only and is not a guarantee or warrantee of the existing structure Liability for the structure and solar. installation, and any potential damage as a result of structural failure of all or part of the building or solar installation, shall remain the responsibility of the building owner and contractor. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. Sincerely, Ryland Burdette, P.E. C r EXP.
