The April 10, 2008 Planning Commission action to adopt Resolution 08-24 affirming a Revised
Order To Comply in the matter of the New ne as been appealed to the Board of
Supervisors and is scheduled for the June 10 2008 h g
Over 6,000 pages of material were presented, -to the Planning Commission for their March 13
and April 10 hearings. In order to afford you time to review this record, we have enclosed two
disks containing the files and scanned material submitted for those hearings. The material is
organized according to the table on Page 2 of this memo. Should you find any of the materials
difficult to read, should you prefer copies copies, or should you require clarification regarding
