In this regard, l understand the Board will be tackling next year's budget during the balance of this fiscal year and reeognigA that July or August may be the earliest opportunity to reschedule the hearing. July 10 and 24 and August 14 would be acceptable if convenient for the Board. I caution that any date later than August 14 up through September, 2007 may conflict with harvest and therefore may want to be avoided. Property is located approximately 5 miles southwest of the City of Chico Urban Limits on River Road, approximately 2.6 miles south of the intersection of Chico River Road and River Road, Butte County, for the alternative mining use approved by MIN 96-03. Action requires certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report ("Final EIR", SCH 97022080), prepared for the M&T Chico Ranch Mine Long -Term Off -Channel Mining Use Permit application MIN 96-03.
