BUTTE COUNTY AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the Butte County Airport Land Use Commission that public
hearings will be held on Wednesday; March 11, 1992 in the Butte County Board of
Supervisors' Room, County Administration Center, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville,
California, regarding the following item at the following time:

DOCUMENTS (NEGATIVE, DECLARATION) HAVE
ALREADY BEEN CERTIFIED
9:00 a.m. Butte Countv Airport Land Use Commission - Amendment to the Oroville
Municipal Airport Environs Plan to adopt a new Safety Area and Noise
Contour Map. The new map is extracted from the Oroville Municipal
Airport Master Plan adopted by the City of Oroville on October 16, 1991
and reflects changes in the configuration and. operation of the airport that
are already in effect. The Safety Areas will apply to all land within 10,000
feet of the main runway (Runway 1-19) of the Oroville Airport.
The above mentioned application, map, and Negative Declaration are on file and
available for public viewing at the office of the Butte County Planning Department,' 7
County Center Drive, Oroville, California. Comments may be submitted in writing any
time prior to the hearing or orally at the meeting listed above or as continued to a later
date. If you challenge the above applications in court, you may be limited to raising only
those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or
in written correspondence delivered to the Butte County Airport Land Use Commission,
at or prior to, the public hearing.
