FOREWORD
This reclamation plan is the product of many years of collaborative
efforts between Baldwin Contracting Company, Butte County, and
the Department of Conservation. As a result of this long history,
the reclamation plan contains several parts that reflect the many
years of subtle tweaking and modification in response to comments
from both Butte County and the Department of Conservation. To
make the reclamation plan and its supporting documents more
easily referenced, Baldwin Contracting Company has bound all the
documents together and bate -stamped the pages.
