Back on -February 28, 2003, a letter was sent to you stating the application was incomplete and what needs to be done in order for the project.to continue. As of today, no. information has been provided for the project to move forward. The County prefers for projects not to linger in the system. There are three options that you have on the project: 1. Provide the necessary information requested so the project can be deemed complete and move forward; 2. Withdrawal the application; or 3.
