Bureau Veritas North' America, Inc. (BVNA) has completed a final review of the following documents:
1. Plans: Two (2) copies'of plan sheets T-1 through S-1 undated.
2. Structural Calculations: Two (2) copies dated 4/2/16 and 5/7/16 by Streamline Engineering.
3. Title 24 Energy Compliance Documentation: Two (2) copies dated 5/3/16.
4. Truss Calculations: Two (2) copies dated 5/6%16 by Alpine.
5. Flood Certificate: Two (2) copies dated'11/25/15 by Timothy Giordano.
The 2013 California Building Code (CBC); 2013 California Residential Code (CRC), 2013 California
Mechanical- Code (CMC), 2013 California , Plumbing Code (CPC), 2013 California Electrical Code
(CEC); 2013 California Green. Building Standard Code (CGBSC).and 2013 California Energy_ Code was
used as the basis of our review. We have no further comments. ,
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. Plan sheets 3, 4, 5, 6, 8; 9,10 and 11 must be signed by the engineer of record prior to permit
issuance.
2. Red-Lines on plan sheets-T1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 11 and 13.. ,
