We are in receipt of
With no way to take the drainage elsewhere.
ln addition there is currently no existing improvements to tie these new improvements into. This
is documented on the site plan submitted previously by your Engineers and Architects.
Our review did not reveal any significant safety issues with your proposal. ln addition because
your main campus is across the street we believe that providing improved access to this new
site for students would be a preferred option to installing the required improvements.
Based on this The Department Of Public Works approves your waiver request This waiver is
strictly for these building permits and is not a waiver for any building permits . Any additional
waivers will require additional requests.
