2. Provide documentation from a title comPany of the aPPlicantl choice verifying that
any deed of trust affected has been partially re-conveyed or modified to reflect the lot line
adju(ment and to prevent the creation of any additional lot or parcel.

as required by Subsection (d)(a)a. of Section 20-95'l of the Butte County Code and as
specified in Article 8 of Chapter 4 of Division 2 of Title 7 of the Government Code'
commencinS with Section 66492.
4. Reserve access to resulting parcel APN O47-1OO-O32 in conformance with the Butte
County Code. Minimum 60' wide easement.
