Dear: LOTTI, STEVE
Plans for the above referenced project have been routed to the Department of Public Works for
review of compliance with Butte County Code Section 26-12 (available on line at
http://municipalcodes.lexisnexis.com/codes/butteco/). Based on our review of the information
provided, the Department of Public Works has determined that the following items are required:
1. Construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and proper access from public roads or
payment of an in-lieu fee in an amount equal to the estimated cost of the required
improvements.
2. Drainage plans and calculations that detail existing drainage conditions and
specify how storm water runoff will be either detained or retained onsite and/ or
conveyed to the nearest natural drainage channel or publicly maintained facility.
Engineering calculations shall show there is no increase in peak flow runoff
leaving the property.
3. Dedication of any necessary rights-of-way.
4. The construction of an enclosure for containers used to hold solid waste and/or
recyclable materials for collection.
Drainage plans and calculations have been approved by the Department of Public Works.
Please submit sufficient additional information to the Land Development Division of the Public
Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965 that demonstrates compliance
with County Code Section 26-12.
