We will re -inspect . If you have any questions please contact myself or the station personnel at 530-538-7228 Main Hallway • Extinguisher needs to be serviced Coat Room • Missing electrical outlet cover Second story Food prep area • All pressurized cylinders need to be removed or secured to protect life safety. • Exposed electrical plug cover behind the bulk CO2 system • Remove all storage from exit path • Service the extinguisher • Self closing gas strut needs to be replaced on exit door Second story Assembly area • West exit main emergency exit lighting not working. • Both extinguishers needing service. First floor (Bar) • Extinguishers all expired • Open electrical cover behind the bar • Missing electrical cover on ceiling above jukebox • Emergency exit light at the north door not working • Must post a sign over the North door "Door must remain unlocked during business hours" Dinning area, Kitchen • You need to remove kegs from walk paths -� • Remove extension cord from above refrigerator / • Service extinguisher x3 /" • Clear entrance / exit to office • Hood system for the kitchen needs to be serviced annually • All pressurized cylinders must be secured or removed / • Service extinguisher in hall by the bathroom 7 Feather River room • Extinguisher needs to be serviced by the exit • Replace broken electrical cover plate.
