This is intended to outline issues that were found while conducting the life safety inspection
at the Tyme to Bowl (Bowling Alley). This information is based on our preliminary walk through
of the facility on January 6, 2015. The items listed are life safety issues and need to be corrected
as soon as possible to protect life and property.
1. Back pin collection area
a. Electrical plate required on open fuse box to the right of the south east door.
b. Chain the Oxygen and Acetylene tanks to a solid structure.
2. Kitchen
a. Remove propane tank form the building.
b. Chain the CO2 tanks in the kitchen area.
3. Arcade
a. One of the games has a 12" extension cord the needs to be removed.
4. Hallway
a. Emergency exit light broken and the battery is out as well.
5. Back storage room
a. All tanks must be secure /chained to a wall.
