with the abatement of a public nuisance on the property located at 3235 Dry Creek Road, Oroville,
California, APN 041-110-110, and having recorded a Hearing Officer's Decision for the
abatement and administrative costs incurred from the abatement of the public nuisance on said
property, and having been paid the amount of the lien and any interest accrued, HEREBY
releases its lien.
The following information is provided in accordance with Butte County Code Section 34A
and/or 34C and Government Code Section 54988(c):
