The meeting was called to order at 1:30 pm by Brett Elven in the Board of Supervisors
Chambers at 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA.
2)Roll Call - Chair Doug Arnold (Biggs), Casey Hatcher (Butte), Charlene Durkin (Chico),
Paul Eckert (Gridley), Brett Elven (Oroville), and Rick Trent (Paradise).

3) Adoption of the May 29, 2018 minutes
A motion to adopt the May 29, 2018 minutes was made by Rick Trent and seconded by
Paul Eckert.

Ayes: Charlene Durkin, Paul Eckert, Brett Elven and Rick Trent
Noes: None
Absent: Doug Arnold
Abstain: Casey Hatcher
4) AVA Funds Report
Ken Colwell presented the AVA Funds Report to the committee. This was an
informational item only.
5) Annual State Controllers Report
Ken Colwell presented the Annual State Controllers Report to the committee. This was
an informational item only.
6) AVA Board members wishing to address items not listed on the agenda. (The AVA
Service Authority is prohibited by State law from taking action on any item presented
if it is not listed on the agenda.)
None.
7) Member of the public wishing to address the AVA Board on items not listed on the
agenda. (Presentations will be limited to five minutes. Please note that pursuant to
