Subject: Burn down letter for 066-260-017 The above referenced parcel, APN 066-260-017 with the address of 13633 Einstoss Court, Magalia, is currently zoned Rural Residential (RR-5). The RR-5 zone permits Single-Family Dwellings by right (without additional land use entitlement).
Please refer to Chapter 24 of Butte County Code, Article 6. (Residential Zones) and see Table 24-19-1 Permitted Land Uses in the Residential Zones and under “Residential Uses” note that the Land Use Category of “Single-Family Home” is Permitted in the RR-5 Zone.
If the single-family dwelling is destroyed, rebuilding is possible by obtaining the appropriate
