Reestablished southwest cornerof Lot 4 in Block 12 of Thermalito official map, recorded on June 8, 1887 Butte County
records. To reestablish lhe exact location of this property corner, multiple other monuments per parcel map filed at book 67,
page 90 were located with distances between them matching record data, and their positions were input into a very precise
GPS surveying system; by using those poinls, the exact location of the corner to be resel was determined. The southwest
corner of Lot 4 in Block 12 ofThermalito official map was shown as found on parcel map filed at book 67, page 90
