Found and tagged northwest corner of parcel 2 and reestablished southwest corner of parcel 2 per Dolder Tract Subdivision,
filed in book 138 of maps at page 2 of Butte County records. To reestablish the exact location of this property corner, multiple
other monuments per the Dolder Tract Subdivision map were located with distances between them matching record data,
and their positlons were input into a very precise GPS surveying system; by using those points, the exact localion of the
corner to be reset was determined.
Southwest corner of parcel 2 - Set 1/2" rebar with plastic cap stamped LS 3751. The previous comer was 'l12" rebar with plastic
cap and was no longer there.
Northwest comer of parcel 2 - Found existing 1/2' rebar and tagged it with plastic cap stamped LS 3751.
