A description of the physiel condition ofthe monument as found and as set or reset:
The concrete monumenl was found in good condition, and was deemed suitable for use as a height modernization
monument as part of the Sacramento Valley GPS Height Modernization projecl. A 2" aluminum disk stamped as
shown on the reverse was drilled and grouted into the monument at the location of the original brass pin in order to
allow positive identification. The mark is named TALLOW
