E See sheet #2 for description(s): Basis of bearing for this survey is the Easterly line of Parcel 1 said line being common to
to Parcel I and Parcel 2 as shown in the Parcel Map recorded in Maps in Book 123 at Page 46. Found 3i4" iron pipe without a
plastic cap in the Northerly corner of Parcel 1, in its recorded position and found 3/4" iron pipe at the easement line bearing
S31'50'39"E 233.70' in its recorded position. These two monuments were used to re-eslablish the three lost comers.
Found the Northedy comer, (3/4" iron pipe), without a plastic cap and replaced the cap with cap marked LS 8484. Corner bearing
S12"53'30'W 74.79'was not found and re-established with 1/2" rebar topped with plastic cap marked LS 8484. Comer bearing
520"28'22"E 228.46' was not found and was re-established in the center of Stiras Way with a nail and brass tag marked LS
8484.Monument bearing N48"37'59"E 71 .59' was not found and was re-established with a nail and brass tag marked LS 8484.
