The basis of bearing for this survey is between two found monuments along the West line of Lot 40 of the Sherwood Forest
Subdivision Unit No. 2, Recorded in Book 38 at Page 83. The North East corner of Lot 40 was reset by turning record bearing and
distance from the West line, (the basis of bearing). The South East corner was reset by tuming record bearing and distance from
the previously reset North East corner- A 3/4" lron Pipe with tag marked 2843 was found at the beginning ofthe curve at the
western end of the south line of Lot 40 and held as record.
