Found southwest corner of parcel 3 per map filed in book 53 of maps at page '14 of Butte County records. Found 3/4" iron
pipe as shown on map and tagged it with plastic cap stamped LS 3751. The original plastic cap was no longer there. To verify
the accuracy of this property corner, multiple other monuments per the same map were located with distances and bearings
between them matching record data very precisely.
