The basis of bearing for ihis survey Is the centerline of Russell Drive between two found monuments south of Lot 13 of Vista
Village No.1 recorded in Book 18 at page 2'l . The South West comer of Lot '12 was reset using the record bearing and distance
from the Eastem monument of lhe Basis of Bearing line. Record bearing and distance and record curve data was used to reset
the lost monument at the eastern end of the curve in the property line along the South line of Lot 12. Record bearing and disldnce
was used to reset the South East comer of Lot 12. The North East corner, (a square.od driven into the lava cap), was found
bearing N00" 36' 14" E and distance of 273.78'from the reset SE Cor, and held as the record monument. The North West Corner,
(a square rod driven into the lava cap), was found bearing N 89" 55' 14'W a distance of 133.33'from the NE Cor, and held as
the record monument
