The basis of bearing for this survey is the centedine of Russell Drive between two found monuments south of Lot 13 of Vista
Village No.1 recorded in Book 18 at page 21. The South East corner of Lot 11 was reset by projecting the previously reset
prope(y corners on lhe South line of Lot '12, the record distance of '142.08 feet, (bearing N69'49' E). The North East corner, (a
square rod driven into the lava cap), was found bearing N00'41' 35"E and distance of 224.59' fiom the reset SE Cor, and held as
the record monument. The North West Comer, (a square rod driven into the lava cap), was found bearing N 89" 55'40" W a
distance of 133.19'from the NE Cor, and held as the record monument.
