Narrative of comer identitied and monument as found, set, reset, replaced, or removed:
E See sheet #2 for description(s): Basis of bearing for this survey is South Easement Line of Lot 2 of the Parcel Map Recorded
in Book 52 at Page 2'l of Butte County Records. Found 3/4" iron pipe with a Brass Tag 3634 in its recorded position and a found
3/4" iron pipe at the easement line bearing N89"45'00"E 2109.98' (0.02' off of its record position). These Mo monuments were
used to re-establish the two lost corners. The Northeast corner was not found and was re-established with a 1/2" rebar topped
with plaslic cap marked LS 8484. The Northwest corner was found, (3/4" iron pipe), without a Tag and we replaced the missing
Tag with a Brass Tag marked LS 8484. The corner bearing S 00"18'00" W 130.78'was not found and was re-established
with a 1/2" rebar topped with a plastic cap marked LS 8484. The 2-314" Brass Disk, (Sec 24,1/16 Comer), monument in the center
of Libby Road was found under the asphalt surface, (exposed with chisle).
