Found iron pipes at the SW and SE corner of Lot 5 as shown on 85 M 64 & 65 and the street centerline
monuments. The NE corner and the reference monument at the NW corner were reestablished and
reset per said Subdivision Map using standard surveying practices.
Set 3/4" iron pipes tagged L.S. 5181 and found monuments as shown on page 2 of 2.
