Dear HOLLINGSWORTH, OWEN:
Please be advised that Encroachment Permit # PW19-0053 issued on for the above Parcel Number
expires on . It appears that work has begun for this encroachment; however it has not been completed,
to County requirements as setforth in said permit. Therefore, this letter is to inform you that the following
item(s) must be corrected before your permit can be finaled:
Approach must be paved to right-of-way line in accordance to S-31 standards.
Trim vegetation for sight distance.
Install corrugated metal pipe (dimensions listed on permit).
Clean and/or establish flow line.

All Public Works reviews for any outstanding building permits will not be cleared until you have made
necessary corrections. Once you have made the corrections listed above contact this office for an
