RE: Aunt Minnie Bond for project #ADM 04-15 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ivy, It has come to the attention of the Butte County Department of Development Services that your Aunt Minnie Bond for the address of 35 Katie Court has become invalid due to your Bank’s insolvency. In order to continue your Administrative Permit (#ADM 04-15) you are required to provide a
$2,000 surety bond, cash deposit, or timed certificate of deposit. Any one of these will ensure
the removal of the mobile home at the end of the permitted period. The cash deposit can be
made payable by check if mailed to our offices. The surety bonds, checks, or timed certificate
of deposit can be made out to “Butte County”.
The deposit will be returned to you if your Aunt Minnie is removed (and a demolition permit
obtained and finaled), if the Aunt Minnie (and your property) is sold to another owner, or if the
Aunt Minnie is converted to a permanent second dwelling.
Within the next thirty days, please provide a new surety bond, cash deposit, or timed certificate of deposit for $2,000 to continue the use of your temporary mobile home. If provided the annual fees for the Aunt Minnie will continue to be due every March 12th. If you have any questions please let me know.
