Dear Mr. Davis,
Since the change of ownership of parcel APN: 047-290-071 you must apply for a Temporary
Mobile Home Application (Aunt Minnie). Approval of your Administrative Permit would
release your mother, Betty, of any liability for the Aunt Minnie project currently identified as
“ADM 03-07”.
A new deposit/bond is due for $2,000.00. The previous deposit made by your Betty will be
returned to her upon approval of your application. Please see attached application for more
information. A permit application fee of $539.96 is also due.
Please complete the attached application and return to our offices at 7 County Center Drive
Oroville.
