Greetings Supervisor Connelly,
Thank you for responding to my inquiry about a finding for Public Convenience or Necessity (an additional license on the Southside). Just to clarify, you mentioned in your voicemail
your concern about an additional hard liquor license, and its proximity to a bar and a hard liquor store, however, the type 20 license proposed at this location (3464 Myers St) is only
for beer and wine.
License type: “20 OFF SALE BEER & WINE - (Package Store) Authorizes the sale of beer and wine for consumption off the premises where sold. Minors are allowed on the premises.”

Does this change your position on the matter? Or are you still inclined to say no on the additional license?
