RESOLUTION FOR SUMMARY ABANDONMENT FOR
PARCEL C OF THE CRESTMOOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UN[T NO. TWO
TOWN OF PARADISE
WHEREAS. all of Parcel C' Right of Way is n0 longer necessary or required for road
purposes; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Streets and highways Code Section Division 9, Part 3,
Chapter 4, commencing with Section No. K X30. the Board finds that all of Parcel C' Right of Way
should he summarily vacated;
NOW, THF,REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors ol~ the County
of Butte. State of California, as lollows:
