BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Slate of
California, as follotivs:
That said CoLU~ty approve Program Supplement No. 038 to State Local Transportation
Partnership Program Agreement No. SLTPP-5912, effective January l0, 1991, for
State Share Funds and the Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said
supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement No. 038, provides reimbursement
funding of construction costs for Construction of a Pavement Overlay on a Portion of
iVlidway; Project No. SB99-5912(003).
2. That the Clerk ofthis Board be authorized to attach a ccrtilicd copy of this Resolution
to Program Supplement t~TO. 038.

California, this 28th day of March , 2000, by the following vote:

This Program Supplement is hereby incorporated into the State-Local Transportation Partnership Program Agreement for State Share
Funds which was entered into between the Local Entity and the State on 41/10/91 and is subject to all the terms and conditions
thereof. This Program Supplement is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Article I of the aforementioned Master Agreement
under authority of Resolution No. 00-41 approved by the Local Entity on 3 f 28/00 (See copy attached),
The Local Entity further stipulates that as a condition ro payment of funds obligated to this project, it accepts and will comply with
any covenants or remarks set forth nn the following pages.

limited to contract items plus locally funded State or Local
Entity furnished materials and Supplemental Work (if eligibloj~
