IlC'SOlUf10t2 N0. 00-48 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION AND CON"TRACT EXECUTION FOR FUNDING FROM THE GENERAL/NATIVE AMERICAN ALLOCATION OF THE STATE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO w'ITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS GRANT BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Butte County as f©llows: SECTION I. The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves an application for up to 5500,000.00 to be used in the following manner: Activity Onc: Housing Rehabilitation 5139,$10,00 General Administration $ 30,690.00 $170,500.00 Activity Two: Public Works Project 5277,000.00 Program Administration $ 15,000.00 $292,000.00 General Administration $ 37,500.00 Total CDBG Funding $500,000.00 SECTION 2. If the grant application is approved, the County will provide local leverage as follows: Staff Time 5 4,000.00 Permit Fee Waivers 5 500.00 Construction Funds from C.S.A. 82 5 25,000.00 $ 29,500.00 SEC "1~1 ON 3. The Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and directed to act on the County's behalf in all matters pet-taming to this application. SEC"LION 4 if the application is approved, the Chief Administrative Officer is authorized to enter into and sign the grant agreement and any amendments thereto with the State of California for the purE~ose of this grant.
