RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TETtMINAL 'T'RUCK ROUTES
ON VARIOUS COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS. pursuant to Section ~>~01.5 (d} of the Vehicle Codc, written requests for access to
terminals or services have been properly submitted to the [)apartment ol~ ~'ublic Worla: and
WHEREAS, siibmiUcd access to tcrminals or services are defined as follows:
I) Richvale [ lighway from State 1 lighway 99 to the intersection of Midway and Richvale Flighway
2) Midway from State 1{i~~hwa_y 162 to Nelson Road
~) Nelson Road from Midway to .1~uas 1~~rias Road and into I~ar West Rice, Inc. facilities
