RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE
FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby
approves the cooperative agreement to provide fire protection service far local
agencies, entered into between the County of Butte and the California
Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 1999
through June 30, 2000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
the lhth day of May , 2000, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Reeler, }roux, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
