RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
enter into Contract Number SGC04 (99/00) with the State Department of Alcohal & Drug
Programs for Negotiated Net Amount and DrugJMedi-Cal; and
WHEREAS, the contract is being amended to reflect increased revenue
allocations;
2001.
WHEREAS, the revenue is increased from $1,863,937.00 by $275,037.00.
WHEREAS, the new total revenue is not to exceed $2,138,968.00;
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains July 1, 1998 through June 30.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health acknowledges the decreased revenue total regarding this contract
with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
13th day of June 2000, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
