HomeMy WebLinkAbout00-083RESOLUTION REGARDING COUNTY PERFORMANCE CONTRACT FOR FY 99/00 BETWEEN STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND BUTTE GOUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WHEREAS, the California State Department of Mental Health has issued the County Performance Contract for FY 1999/2000 for Butte County Department of Behavioral Health; and WHEREAS, Butte County is required to establish a community mental health service to cover the entire area of the County, and to reimburse the State Department of Mental Health for its use of state hospital beds; and WHEREAS, the County desires to contract with the State for the provision of professional and inpatient services to persons, who are acutely mentally ill, including mentally ill persons who require health care services; and WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health agrees to accept the terms of the County Performance Contract for FY 99/00 with the State Department of Mental Health.
