RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PR(}GRAM SUPPLEMENTS
TO LOCAL AGENCY -STATE MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FF,DERAL
AID PROJECTS NO. 03-5912 AND ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE
AGREEMENT FOR STATE FUNDED PROJECTS,
MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 03-000486
WHEREAS, on May 23, 1978, the County of Butte and the State of California enured
into Local Agenc}~ -State Master Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 03-5912, and
WHEREAS, on June 24, 1999, the County of Butte and the State of California entered
into Administering Agency -State Agreement for State Funded Projects, Master Agreement No.
03-000486, and
WHEREAS, reimbursement of funds to the County of Butte by the State of California
for qualifying projects under said Local Agency -State Master Agreement for Federal Aid
Projects No. 03-5912 and said Administering Agency -State Agreement for State Funded
Projects. Master Agreement No. 03-000486 requires execution of Program Supplements to said
Master Agreements.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte that:
1. The Director -Public Forks and Assistant Director -Public Works, shall be
authorized to execute said Program Supplements to Master Agreements.
2. That the Clerk of this Board be authorized to provide certified copies of this
Resolution for attachment to said Program Supplements to Master Agreements.

California, this 27th day of June 2000, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan

ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
